24 Hour Cancellation Policy – As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Arrival - Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to check you in promptly and give you time to unwind.

Late Arrival - To ensure the promptness of all appointments we reserve the right to reschedule any appointments that are more than 10 minutes late to another convenient time. If you are running late please understand that we may need to modify your service and cannot guarantee that your stylist will be able to service you. We will always try our best to accommodate any misfortunes.
